Terms & Conditions
Welcome to www.futuryte.com (the “Website”), operated by PEOPLElogy Growth Sdn Bhd (“PEOPLElogy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and all services offered through it, including program registration, promotions, and digital content. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Course Registration & Payment Terms
● Submission of a completed Course Registration Form (“CRF”) and payment of RM500.00 registration fee are required to reserve a seat in the selected program.
● This registration fee is
- Deductible from the total course fee
- Refundable only if withdrawal occurs before signing a formal agreement
- Non-refundable after the formal agreement is signed, regardless of withdrawal reason
● Full payment or selected installment plan must be completed on the day of agreement signing.
● Available payment methods:
○ Full upfront payment (cash, transfer, or credit card)
○ 3-month direct debit (credit card)
○ 3 or 6-month Easy Payment Plan (in-person swipe required)
● PEOPLElogy reserves the right to cancel enrolment if payment is not received on time.
2. Course Delivery & Cancellation
● Program commencement is subject to minimum enrolment. We reserve the right to reschedule courses in case of:
○ Low enrollment
○ Trainer unavailability
○ Venue or force majeure issues
● In such cases, participants may opt to withdraw with valid reason and documentation. Any fee refund (excluding the RM500 fee) will be considered case-by-case.
3. Program Disclaimer
● FutuRyte provides training, mentorship, industry exposure, and career guidance to enhance participants’ employability.
● We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or salary outcome. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and multiple other factors.
4. Refund Policy
● Once a formal agreement is signed, no refunds will be issued for withdrawal, non-participation, or incomplete attendance unless under exceptional circumstances and subject to management approval.
● No refunds are issued for missed sessions or personal scheduling conflicts.
5. Promotions & Scholarships
● Scholarships, discounts, and promotional pricing are subject to eligibility, availability, and cut-off dates.
● FutuRyte reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.
● Contest- or referral-based offers will be evaluated under separate terms provided at the point of entry.
6. Use of Personal Data (PDPA Compliance)
By submitting your data on the Website, you consent to:
● Collection, processing, and use of your personal data for registration, customer service, marketing, and legal compliance
● Internal sharing within the Peoplelogy Group in Malaysia

7. Code of Conduct
By enrolling in our programs, you agree to:
● Abide by PEOPLElogy’s Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy
● Avoid all forms of misconduct, plagiarism, fraud, or unethical behaviour
● Refrain from distributing unauthorized materials or engaging in disruptive behaviour
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination
8. Limitation of Liability
● PEOPLElogy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, employment, or opportunities.
● Total liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by the participant.
9. Intellectual Property
● All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and proprietary frameworks on the Website are owned by or licensed to PEOPLElogy.
● Users are not permitted to reproduce, redistribute, or republish course content or marketing materials without written consent.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
● These Terms shall be governed by Malaysian law.
● Disputes will be subject to good faith mediation first. If unresolved, it shall be escalated to the courts of Malaysia.
11. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
